Shipping & Exchange Procedure for Stepnsole

At Stepnsole, we value your satisfaction. Below are the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging items.

Return Policy

You, as the customer, have the right to return the package after confirming payment and acknowledging the delivery to the courier company.

If you wish to return the package:

  • Notify us after making payment to the courier.
  • You will be required to send the package back at your own expense for return or exchange.

Please note that it is against the rules of Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan to ask the courier to open the package before you make the payment.

Exchange Policy

You can apply for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item to us within this period, and we will gladly process an exchange within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached for a return or exchange to be accepted.
  • NOTE: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Exchange Procedure

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your item:

  1. Take a clear picture of the defective part of the item (if applicable).
  2. Pack the item back in the original packaging.
  3. Email us the picture of the defective item and inform us that you wish to return or exchange it.
  4. We will provide you with the return address.
  5. Go to your local courier service and send the package to us.
  6. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the exchange.

NOTE: Free-of-charge exchanges are only possible if the item has a visible defect. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
